The Embedded Math Tech Math class is proposed as a math application course in
career and technology classes during the last 2 years of high school. As high school seniors graduate with Career and Technology Center training in their chosen field, they will have the math skills needed to be successful in the workforce. The Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education provides math curriculum guidelines in the form of Grade-Level Expectations (GLE). Embedded Math Tech Math will cover well over half of these objectives.
